leggings





I just got done making my first pair of leggings. I think they turned out cute. And all I did was trace a pair of leggings that she already has and pieced them together and added some buttons

YAY!

So I have finally got around to making some dresses since my trip to Tucson to get fabrics. I think they turned out great. Thank you Leila&Ben for the pattern. They were so easy to make and add your own flair to. I added belt loops to the owl dress since my one year old would loose the belt if not attatched.

Now on to painting with T.
Grandparents are coming out next week and she is already starting to make them pictures for them to take home with them.

What was I thinking

Ok, so I have decided that today is a no TV day.

T is way to addicted to it. As am I

We need to find activities to keep us busy and creative,

Plus I mindlessy eat watching TV and I see commercials for food I don't need

but have to have.

So today I am going to eat healthy, exercise and make something.

goodies from our road trips

It has been a busy week. On Thrusday the girls and I drove up to Tucson to do some shopping. Got some good deals and some clothes and then we hit up JoAnns and got some fabric and tools for some stuff I am going to attempt to make, pictures to come.
Then yesterday we had to run over to Willcox and pick up our side of beef. Love having the freezer full of meat. No more paying an arm and a leg for ground beef. I'm not going to include pics of the freezer that would be weird.

Anyways, errands are ran for the day now it is time to be lazy and watch the hubby sleep on the couch.

day 2

So here is day 2. Don't have a lot to say. Just that I am super excited that I am running up to Tucson tomorrow to get more fabrics and goodies so I can start on some of the projects that I want to do. Plus maybe to a little shopping for stuff we don't need like clothes and such.

I started a blog!

So I have decided to start my own blog. It is super basic right now as I don't really know what I am doing. I will keep working on it and hopefully it will turn out like so many that I have been looking at.
